3DFZephyr 4.5亮点功能展示：

3Dflow公司发布了3DF Zephyr 4.5，这是这款图像建模软件的最新版本，改进了UV打包和精细细节的生成，并添加了烘焙法线和位移贴图的选项。

高端的Aerial版本可以选择以.dxf格式输入参考数据，并以任意分辨率输出正射影像，还有Alpha通道。

所有版本：更好的细节生成和UV打包功能；法线和位移贴图输出

3DF Zephyr 4.5（实际上是3DF Zephyr 4.3另一个稳定的版本）中的更新包括在生成网格对象时改进了对精细细节的提取。

3Dflow公司还更新了3DF Zephyr 4.0中引入的Enhance Meshfilter，增强是对实际对象中细节的“有根据的猜测”，旨在应用于视觉特效作品中，而非研究。

本次更新还提高了软件生成生成UV打包的效率。3Dflow公司并没有给出改进的具体数值。

其他更新包括直接从软件用户界面的高分辨率几何体中烘焙对象和切线空间法线贴图（以及位移贴图）的选项。

这款软件现在还支持3Dconnexion的3D输入设备。

除此之外，新版本软件在很大程度上改进了工作流程和性能——现在从视频中提取帧的速度比原来“最高加快了10倍”。

Aerial版本：不限制分辨率的正射影像和.dxf数据输入

主要针对航测工作的Aerial版本中，对正射影像的生成做了一些改进。

现在可以生成不限制分辨率的正射影像，并以BigTIFF文件输出；并且可以使用Alpha通道和图像透明区域的“nodata”参数输出。

本次更新还增加了正射影像边界的“智能裁剪”功能。

现在用户可以将CAD软件中的参考点和折线以dxf格式输入；还可以在世界空间（而非屏幕空间）中渲染折线和CAD着色器。

另外，还新增了一种基于CSF点过滤器的地形提取工具。

Aerial和Pro版本现在都支持被动立体声显示，如SchneiderDigital的3D PluraView。
